The Orbiter S is the workhorse among our vehicle variants. For many years, it has been providing reliable service on the stages of this world.
The Orbiter S is the workhorse of the product range and is helping more than 180 satisfied customers in their everyday tasks. Each of these Orbiters comes with the full omnidirectional mobility, supplemented with stage tech like master-slave effects and interfaces for external controls.
In addition to the basic features developed over 10 years ago, many small details have been added based on our experience with customers. Battery control at a quick glance, removable emergency stop and brake release, intuitive colour scheme for remote controls and many other little features make this product outstandingly easy to use.
Although this is the basic stage wagon in our product palette, it is already able to change its geometry by removing and repositioning its axles distance and length to perfectly fit under your loads and into your stage design. Users also appreciate our settings options, such as speed and acceleration limits or the spectacular virtual rotation point definition.

Ideal for show effects and stage design
Our electric drive modules function as self-contained drive units for stage and platform surfaces, turntables, and other structures of virtually any shape. They enable all forms of horizontal motion, from simple transport tasks to highly complex scenic transformations. Decorative elements, stage platforms, set pieces, and actors/actresses can all be moved smoothly and precisely. Because no cables, rails, or guide systems are required, designers have complete freedom when planning movement patterns and scenic effects.
Each drive module comes fully assembled and ready for use. Core components—including the Mecanum wheel, motor, gearbox, safety control unit, radio receiver and batteries—are integrated into a single compact unit. Power is supplied by maintenance-free lead-gel batteries, while control signals are transmitted via a certified safety radio system. The modules are compatible with many common stage platform and frame systems; they can be installed easily into a structure to be immediately operational.
Control can be handled either through a portable radio control panel or via computer-based control system which can use our CAN interface or Profinet (optional).
